Alienware has just launched its new M17 gaming laptop, featuring a 17-inch display, Intel’s quad core CPU, and ATI CrossFireX multi-GPU technology.
The Alienware M17 gaming laptop can be configured with dual ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 512MB GPU cards, the Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 processor, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 1 terabyte of storage using dual 500GB hard disk drives, a Blu-Ray reader, 1920×1080 screen-display, and optional HDTV tuner.
The Alienware M17 gaming laptop also has a 2MP web-cam, two built-in speakers with subwoofer, fingerprint reader, Bluetooth, wireless, and Gigabit Ethernet connections, HDMI and VGA outputs, a USB/eSATA combo port, ExpressCard slot, Firewire, three USB ports, and 7-in-1 media card reader.
The Alienware M17’s gaming system comes with a full size keyboard with a separate numeric keypad, the Skullcap case design, Stealth Black finish, and a 12-cell battery. The Alienware M17 gaming laptop runs Windows Vista OS. In addition, the Alienware M17 gaming laptop costs from $1,399 to more than $4,000, depending on configuration.
