HP iPAQ 610c Business Navigator Pocket PC Phone

HP has already being a major player in computer system for a long time ago. HP’s decision to enter the mobile device market was being doubt by big players in cell phone market. However, HP has proved itself as a good inventor in many systems that related to information technologies. HP just announced its new gadget, the iPAQ 610c (ended with “c”, which is means that this product has a camera, this is how HP is differing with its other same product, iPAQ 610, which is means that this device do not have a camera).

HP iPAQ 610c Business Navigator is a 3G Pocket PC phone with GPS navigation capability of one-handed operation. HP iPAQ 610c comes with high-speed wireless access support through HSDPA connection support. A 3G phone with quad-band wireless technology is enough to fulfill the need of your mobile activities.

HP iPAQ 610c Business Navigator is the first HP’s Pocket PC phone with a built-in number-pad, rather than a keyboard. As usual, you might already know that HP and Microsoft are in partnership. The device is using Windows Mobile® 6 Professional operating system. Marvell PXA270 processor, which is running at 520MHz, is the “brain” that controlling the processes of this mobile device.

You may knew it, the product is using Microsoft’s operating system, so the software that installed on this device is also must be able to be supported by the operating system. The software that installed in this device is Microsoft (MS.) Office Outlook Mobile, MS. Office Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile, Windows Media Player Mobile, MS. ActiveSync, Phone Dialer, Voice Notes, Calculator, Solitaire, Bubble Breaker, MS. Live Messenger, and MS. Live Search.

HP iPAQ 610c Features Preview

HP iPAQ 610c comes with numeric keyboard with Smart Touch Wheel function for better navigation. The display is using Transflective TFT touch-screen with viewable size 2.8-inch diagonal that supports 65K colors. The device has a built in memory, 128 MB SDRAM main memory for running applications and 256 MB flash ROM.

HP iPAQ 610c is using a 3MP camera, auto-focus and CMOS sensor supports. The camera can be zoomed to 4X (digital zoom), its sounds kinda great ha… You can take a great quality snaps by this device.
